Most likely diagnosis -Segmental vitiligo.
- Occurs along a nerve segment
- Common on the face along branches of the trigeminal nerve.
- Lesions increase initially (6-12 months) and then remain static.
- Leukotrichia on depigmented areas & away from vitiliginous areas.
- Feathery margins.
