Ans. is A. i.e. Vault prolapse
Sacrospinous colpopexy is done per vaginally for vault prolapse.
Vault prolapse is a delayed complication of both abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy.
Management of Vault prolapse:
If the patient is fit for abdominal surgery: Transabdominal sacral colpoplexy, i.e., uterosacral suspension
o Gold standard surgery for vault prolapse.
If the patient is not fit for abdominal surgery: Transvaginal sacrospinous ligament fixation/colpoplexy.
