Explanation: The patient presents with the sign and symptoms of Anticholinergic syndrome. The classical manifestations are fever, dry mucous membrane, flushing, mydriasis, antipsychotics, cycloplegia and altered mental status. Coma and respiratory failure can develop in severe cases. The classic example of anticholinergic drugs is Atropine. Other drugs are: Anhi-histaminics, anti-psychotics, antidepressants etc. Heroin overdose is associated with CNS depression, seizures and dilated pupils.
