- MI / Angina / Other Cardiac Conditions
- Asthma / Other Pulmonary conditions
- Hypothyroidism, Hypoglycemia, Carcinoid Syndrome, Pheochromocytoma.

- BDZ and SSRIs
- Psychotherapy – Cognitive Behavioral therapy
- Relaxation techniques
