Correct Answer A Explanation |

Ans: A. Anterior dislocation of the hip
Anterior Dislocation of Hip:
- Leg lies externally rotated, abducted & slightly flexed.
- Not short – Due to rectus femoris attachment preventing the head from displacing upwards.
- Occasionally the leg is abducted almost to a right angle.
- The prominent head is easy to feel, either anteriorly (superior type) or in the groin (inferior type).
- Hip movements are impossible.
