Homotrophic allosteric enzyme- same modulator & substrate. There effect is positive.
Heterotrophic allosteric enzyme- modulator is other than substrate. Can have –ve or +ve effect.
Cooperative Binding – Substrate binding↑ affinity of other substrate other subunits
