The history and the typical maculopapular erythematous rash appearing on day 4 of fever progressing from neck to the torso is suggestive of measles. Purulent conjunctivitis is also very consistent with measles. The second image depicts koplik spots on the buccal mucosa opposite to 1st and 2nd molars. The most common associated complications include diarrhea, otitis media, and LRTIs in the order of frequency.
