Ans:B. Left sided Pleural Effusion.
Chest X ray in the image shows:
- The left lower zone is uniformly white
- At the top of this white area there is a concave surface – meniscus sign(marked by red dots)
- The left heart border, costophrenic angle and hemidiaphragm are obscured
Diagnosis is large left sided Pleural Effusion.
- The cause might be underlying Bronchogenic Carcinoma as a history of chronic smoking and weight loss is present.
