It includes infectious spondylitis, spondylodiscitis, and sacroileitis, and primary or metastatic tumon Ochronosis can produce a phenofirye that is clinically and radiographically similar to AS. Along with low back pain, presence of hyperpigmented nose and ears point towards ochronosis.
