Exam Important
- Meningococcal meningitis vaccine is not effective in children below 18 months of age
- Killed sheep brain vaccine, Vero continous cell vaccine & Human diploid cell vaccine are rabies vaccines commercially available
- Recommended vaccines for rabies is HDCV
- Anti-rabies vaccine recommended by WHO is Chick fibroblast vaccine
- Best vaccine for rotavirus infection is Genetic reassortment
- In measeles vaccine can be given within 6 months
